ESN MISSION STATEMENT

ESN’s primary focus is to help small to medium sized business owners succeed and grow expedientially, and a secondary goal to inspire them to give back to their home and global community in which they live.

Entrepreneurial Success (ES), a Vancouver based company opened its doors in 1999, offering one on one business coaching services to many start-up companies in the city and across Canada. In the fall of 2003, ES was renamed to Entrepreneurial Success Network (ESN), expanding its operations to now offering an array of services to include: Monthly Networking Events and Annual Trade Fairs.

Mrs. Deborah Browne has been a successful business woman since the 1980s and has been an entrepreneur all   of her professional life. The skill sets she has developed over the years include store development, real estate development, and sales and marketing to a very high level. She specialized in the small business sector originally as a business coach and consultant. She is a network specialist that has held senior roles in various trade organizations, as well as educator and business writer. People who meet her say she is a positive individual with high energy and is very passionate about helping more Canadian businesses succeed. She now resides in Richmond, B.C. on acreage with her husband of close to 25 years, three children Tara, Morgan and Sebastian and three dogs Charlie, Quincy and Hugo.

Debbie Rootman has a wide variety of education and experience and she is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed in business and especially networking. She spent 12 years in Retail Management with a major retailer after graduating from Ryerson University in Toronto. After completing her Adult Education Diploma at VCC she was department head and instructor of Fashion Merchandising at John Casablanca’s helping students reach their full creative potential. Following that she became a successful entrepreneur as fashion consultant and used networking as a great marketing tool. For a change of pace she then owned a Bakery/Café. Debbie is married to Efraim with 4 grown children and stepchildren.
